独一味胶囊预防宫颈LEEP术后出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对独一味胶囊预防宫颈环形电极切除术(LEEP)后出血的效果进行分析探讨。方法选取120例接受宫颈LEEP手术患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各60例。研究组给予口服及局部使用独一味胶囊治疗,对照组不予独一味胶囊治疗,分析比较2组患者术后阴道出血时间、出血量、阴道排液时间及创面愈合情况。结果研究组患者的术后阴道出血时间、出血量及阴道排液时间均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有2例患者术后发生创面感染,对照组有14例患者术后发生创面感染,可见研究组患者术后的创面感染率(3.33%)明显低于对照组(23.33%),且研究组患者术后创面愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独一味胶囊预防宫颈LEEP术后出血疗效确切,具有缩短术后阴道出血时间、减少出血量及促进创面愈合的临床效果,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of Duyiwei capsule in the prevention of postoperative hemorrhage of cervical LEEP. Methods 120 cases of patients with cervical kEEP surgery were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group was given oral and topical use of Duyiwei capsule. The control group was not given Duyiwei capsule. The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, vaginal discharge fluid time and wound healing of the two groups was analyzed and comapred. Results The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume and vaginal discharge time of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . There were 2 patients in the study group and 14 patients in the control group who were infected with wound infection. The infection rate of the patients in the study group （3.33%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （23.33%） . The wound healing in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0;05） . Condtmion Duyiwei capsule n the prevention of postoperative hemorrhage of cervi- cal LEEP has curative effect, can shorten postoperative vaginal bleeding time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and promote wound healing. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
