中医综合方法治疗小儿热性惊厥效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合方法治疗小儿热性惊厥疾病的临床效果。方法抽选我院2011年5月—2012年6月收治的热性惊厥患儿72例为研究对象,遵循随机对照原则分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。观察组患儿均给予辨证针刺穴位联合醒脑液静脉滴注、大承气汤免煎颗粒保留灌肠治疗,对照组患儿均给予苯巴比妥注射液肌内注射以及乙酰氨基酚酸纳肛、补液治疗,对比2组患儿治疗效果差异。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率94.4%,对照组患儿治疗有效率77.8%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患儿惊厥停止时间、退热时间以及惊厥复发率均小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),同时2组患儿治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论中医综合方法治疗热性惊厥患儿有着良好的临床效果,能够帮助患儿快速恢复正常并降低患儿复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of febrile convulsions in children. Methods Selecting 72 cases of children with febrile convulsion in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2012 as the research objeets, following the random prineiple, they were divided into observation group （36 eases） and control group （36 eases） . Patients in the observation group were given syndrome differentiation acupuncture combined with Xingnaojing injection infusion and Daehengqitang Mianjian granule retention enema treatment. Patients in the control group were treated with phenobarbital injection intramuscular in- jection and aeetaminophen acid nano anus rehydration therapy. The effect difference was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%, the effective rate of the control group 77.8%, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . The stoping time of febrile convulsion, cooling time and seizure recurrence rate of the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05） . In the treatment process, the two groups of children did not appear ob- vious adverse reactions. Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of febrile convulsion in children has good clinical effect, can help children quickly return to normal, and reduce recurrent rate,
