藤黄健骨片联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝骨关节炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察藤黄健骨片口服联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎的效果。方法选取于2014年1月—2015年5月收治的104例膝骨关节炎患者,按入院时间随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,治疗组采用藤黄健骨片口服联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,疗程1个月,对比两组患者的临床有效性与不良反应情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.15%,对照组的总有效率为84.62%,两组结果对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论膝骨关节炎采用藤黄健骨片口服联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,可以有效提升治疗效果,且安全性好,值得在临床中推广应用。Objeedve To evaluate the effect of Tenghuang Jiangu tablet cpmbined with sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 104 cases of patients were involved in a prospective clinical trial, 52 patients were en- rolled in the treatment group, while 52 patients were enrolled in the control group. The treatment method of control group was sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection. The treatment group＇s method was Tenghuang Jiangu tablet cpmbined with sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection. The course of treatment was 1 month. The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were ob- served and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.15% and 84.62%, respec- tively, and the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05） . But the incidence of adverse reaction of two groups had no significantly statistical difference （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The Tenghuang Jiangu tablet cpmbined with sodium hyaluronate articular cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve therapeutic effect, and was safe. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
