浅谈经筋累及病症的针刺治疗体会

摘　　要：目前经筋累及性疾病的临床研究已经较为深入,对于发病的主要机理也是仁者见仁智者见智。笔者认为:经筋累及病是各种原因造成的经筋结点对机体产生异常压迫,这种不良刺激一方面破坏了病灶周围的经脉、筋肉、关节等的受力均衡,另一方导致了经络、筋脉、脏腑气血循环发生障碍而发病。本文探讨了目前常见的几种经筋累及性疾病发病机理和针刺治疗方法,希望能与同道交流此类疾病的临床治疗思路。The clinical research of the disorders of tendon involvement has gone deeply, hut the explanations of the pathogeneses vary from person to person. This paper argued that the disorder of tendon involvement is the abnormal pressure on the body produced by meridian sinew node with various causes. On the one hand, this adverse stimulus broke the force balance among tendon, muscle and joint around the lesion. On the other hand, it caused the qi-blood circulation problems of meridians, sinews ＆ vessels and viscera, hence leading to disease. The paper discussed the pathogeneses of some common disorders of tendon involvement and the skills of acupuncture treatment, in order to discuss the method of clinical treatment of this kind of disease with fellow doctors.
