黄连温胆汤治疗β受体功能亢进症的临床体会

摘　　要：β受体功能亢进症以心慌、心率增快等为主症,西医目前尚无统一的诊断及治疗标准,而中医,将此类病症归属于"心悸"范畴,心悸的证型多种,其中痰热内扰证多见。临床上黄连温胆汤治疗心悸之痰热内扰证效果显著。The main syndrome of β receptor hypeffunction was flustered and heart rate increasing fast. There is no uniform standard for diagnosis and treatment of Western medicine at present. It belongs to ＂ palpitation＂ category in TCM, palpitation has many syn- dromes, and the syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally was the most. In clinically, Huangtian Wendan decoction in the treatment of palpitation of phlegm heat syndrome of internal disturbance has significant effect is remarkable.
