黄芩治疗高血压的最新进展及评析

摘　　要：对黄芩治疗高血压病从组方:固定方、辨证论治方、加减方;剂型:片剂、茶剂;应用:单味、配伍(中药间、中西药间);用量;治疗范围;疗程;疗效;黄芩应用与辨证分型的关系;应用黄芩的副作用及纠正方法;黄芩降压与西药的比较;黄芩降压的传统依据;黄芩降压的现代研究等方面的最新进展进行了综述与评析。结论:黄芩是一味很有应用与研究价值的治疗高血压的中药;黄芩治疗高血压不受辨证分型的影响,几乎没有副作用;黄芩治疗高血压既有千年传统理论做基础,又有现代科学实验研究结果支持,足见其治疗高血压前景广阔。For the treatment of hypertension from scutellaria baiealensis georgi formula： fixed party, syndrome differentiation and treatment, modified prescription; dosage： tablet, tea agent; applications： single, compatibility （traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese and Western medicine） ; the dosage; treatment scope; course of treatment; curative effect; the relationship between radix seutellariae of application ande and correcting method; Radix scutellariae buck was compared with the Western medicine; Radix seutellariae step- down traditional basis; modem research of radix scutellariae step-clown were reviewed, and the latest progress wa evaluated. Conclu- sion： The radix scutellariae is just has a lot of application and research value of traditional Chinese medicine for treating high blood pressure. Radix scutellariae in the treatment of high blood pressure is not affected by the influenee of syndrome differentiation, almost no side effects; Radix seutellariae treats hypertension with both traditional theories as a foundation in one thousand, and has the support from modem science and experimental results, which showed the board prospects for the treatment of hypertension.
