摘  要:目的建立痤疮软膏的定性定量方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别痤疮软膏中白芷、大黄及防风;采用气相色谱法对制剂中薄荷脑和百秋里醇进行含量测定,采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀进行含量测定。结果白芷、大黄及防风的薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度高,阴性无干扰;薄荷脑在0.0040~0.080 25 mg·m L^(-1)与峰面积呈良好线性关系,百秋李醇在0.0301~0.6022 mg·m L^(-1)与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回收率均>98.0%(n=3);盐酸小檗碱在11.368~284.2 mg·m L^(-1)与峰面积呈良好线性关系,盐酸巴马汀在3.892~97.3 mg·m L^(-1)与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回收率均>97.0%(n=3)。结论所建立的方法结果准确、重现性好,所建标准可用于痤疮软膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for Cuochuang ointment. Methods Angelica Dahurica Radix, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Saposhnikoviae Radix were qualitatively identification by TLC. The contents of menthol and patchouli alcohol in Cuochuang ointment were determined by GC. The contents of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Cuochuang ointment were determined by HPLC. Results TCL spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference; menthol had a good linearity at 0.0040- 0.080 25 mg·m L-1; patchouli alcohol had a good linearity at 0.0301- 0.6022 mg·m L-1, and the average recovery was more than 98.0%(n = 3). Berberine hydrochloride had a good linearity at 11.368- 284.2 mg·m L-1. Palmatine hydrochloride had a good linearity at 3.892- 97.3 mg·m L-1, and the average recovery was more than 97.0%(n = 3). Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, Which may be used for the quality control of Cuochuang ointment.
