摘　　要：笔者通过对开原市主要畜禽养殖及污染现状的调研与分析,总结了开原市畜禽养殖污染防治的主要模式以及存在的主要问题,并结合国家最新政策要求和当地实际情况提出合理、有效控制畜禽养殖污染主要技术模式和对策。This author summarizes the main modes of the prevention and control of pollution from livestock and poultry breeding in Kaiyuan city, as well as main existing problems, based on the investigation and analysis on main livestock and poultry breeding and the pollution situation in Kaiyuan. Meanwhile, the author also puts forward the main technical modes and countermeasures for reasonably and effectively preventing and controlling pollution from livestock and poultry breeding, combining with the requirements of the latest national policy and the local actual situation.
