养猪户借贷行为和雇工情况的调查分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国农村金融的畸形发展和农村剩余劳动力的转移,资金短缺和用工难成为多数养猪户生产经营面临的新难题。了解养猪户的借贷行为和雇工特征,有助于加深对养猪户资金借贷和雇工的差异性、困难性的认识以及相关政策的制定。因此,笔者通过问卷调查,对收集到的辽宁、山东、江西及广东4个养猪大省共284个养殖户的样本数据进行分析。结果表明:有6成的农户有借贷经历,但都是小额贷款,主要向亲朋好友借贷,利率偏高,认为缺乏抵押品是借贷困难的主要原因;养猪户雇佣工人的现象较为普遍,雇佣人数一般在6人以内,雇佣规模较小,以中老年人和初中文化水平的劳动力为主,工资上涨是雇工难的最大原因。为减少养殖户经济行为拓展的各种屏障,笔者提出政策建议。With the abnormal development of rural finance and the transfer of rural surplus labor in recent years in China, fund shortage and hiring difficulties become new difficult problems faced by most of pig farmers on production and operation. Understanding pig farmers＇borrowing behavior and hiring labor characteristics helps to deepen the understanding of their diversity and difficulties in borrowing funds and hiring labor with the formulation of relevant policies. Therefore, the sample data collected from 284 pig farmers in four large provinces for raising pigs through questionnaire survey were analyzed, including Liaoning, Shangdong, Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces. The results showed that 60% of pig farmers had the borrowing experience for petty loans, mainly borrowed money from relatives and friends with high interest rate; the lack of mortgage was considered as the main reason for difficulties in borrowing. The phenomenon of pig farmers hiring workers was common, and the number of hiring workers was generally less than 6＇people, and the hiring scale was smaller. The elderly people and people with an education level of junior school were the main labor forces, while the wage inflation was the biggest reason for hiring difficulty. At last, the author puts for- ward the corresponding policy suggestions in order to reduce all kinds of barriers in the development of farmers~ economic behavior.
