黑龙江省特种经济动物林下养殖问题初探

摘　　要：黑龙江省"禁伐政策"的实施使林区面临经济转型。笔者介绍了黑龙江省特种经济动物林下养殖的现状,对林下养殖的效益、对森林资源和生态环境的影响、外来入侵种和基因污染、养殖从业人员的活动对森林环境的影响、与农牧业的冲突、项目统筹规划等问题进行分析,对黑龙江省发展特种经济动物林下养殖提出相应建议。The forest zone is facing economic transformation with the implementation of the policy on the logging bans in Heilongjiang province. This author introduces the present situation of the under ＇ forest breeding of special economic animals in Heilongjiang province, and analyzes the benefits of under - forest breeding, the impact on forest resources and ecological environment, the problems of invasive alien species and genetic pollution, the influence of farm workers＇activities on forest environment, the conflict between the under - forest breeding and agriculture and an- imal husbandry, the problems on project overall planning, and so on. The author also puts forward the corresponding recommendations for the development of under - forest breeding of special economic animals in Heilongjiang province.
