摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌是人胃、十二指肠等相关疾病的重要致病菌,但其诱导疾病发生发展的具体分子机制目前还不清楚,本文对Hp部分相关致病研究及其机制作一简要综述,旨在为Hp致病机制的进一步研究及疫苗研究和感染防治等提供一些理论资料.Helicobacter pylori（Hp） is one of the important pathogenic bacteria, stomach and duodenum related diseases but the induction of disease development of specific molecular mechanism is unclear. This paper reviews the related pathogenic factors and mechanism of Hp, aimed at Hp vaccine research and provide some theoretical information such as infection prevention and control.
