摘　　要：矽肺为一种难治性的职业病,讫今临床尚缺乏有效的治疗方法,邵长荣教授早在五十年代末即对矽肺进行了深入研究,提出矽肺Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期在胸片、肺功能、症状等方面相差甚大,分期辨治方契合临床之实际。文章从分期辨治、经验效方和验案举隅三方面对邵长荣教授辨治矽肺的经验进行总结。Silicosis is a difficult occupational disease without effective treatment methods in clinical practices. Prof SHAO Chang-rong has studied on this disease since 1950 s. And he has put forwards that there exists obvious difference in chest X-ray,pulmonary function and syndrome in stage Ⅰ,stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ of silicosis. So the differential diagnosis should depend on clinical facts. This passage is to summarize Prof SHAO＇s experience on differential diagnosis to treat silicosis by stages distinguishing,effective prescriptions and classical cases.
