摘　　要：本文从理论、实验、临床三方面对六淫学说近10年的研究进展进行综述。认为六淫概念是一个范畴,是致病因素与机体反应的综合概括;六淫的部分致病机理已在实验研究中得以揭示;临床上免疫性疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、艾滋病等疾病的发生均与六淫有关。指出六淫理论的研究应回置于中国传统文化背景下,多角度多方面展开。This paper is to sum up six pathogenic factors from aspects on theory,experiment,clinics during recent 10 years. It is considered that six pathogenic factors is a scope to provide one comprehensive summary for pathogenic factors and body response. Partial pathogenic mechanism of this have been proved in the experimental researches,which suggest the connection between immunological disease,respiratory diseases,tumors,HIV and six pathogenic factors. Therefore,it is pointed out that researches should be reviewed under the background of traditional Chinese medicine culture by various views.
