TOD建成环境特征对居民活动与出行影响——以北京为例

摘　　要：TOD建成环境塑造是TOD空间规划和管理的关键。以北京为例,对TOD区域建成环境对居民和乘客活动的影响进行实证研究。采用调查问卷数据,通过构筑居民就业地选择、购物出行和休闲娱乐出行等三种活动和出行的Logit选择模型,定量分析了TOD土地利用、交通设施、街巷格局、商业设施等建成环境要素对居民活动和出行的影响。TOD development mode is an important means of coordinated development between the transportation construction and land use. Taking Beijing as an example,the paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of TOD development and its impacts on residents＇ activities and travel behavior. Logit regression models are designed to estimate these impacts on residents＇ workplace choice,shopping travel behavior and entertainment travel behavior. The data of residents＇ activities and travel behavior are from a recent city-level survey. Several aspects of the built environment in TOD areas are evaluated,including land use,transport infrastructure,urban design and commercial facilities supply. The findings in the paper would improve our existing knowledge of TOD planning and practice.
