艾灸治疗褥疮的研究现状及思考

摘　　要：检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中近10年有关艾灸治疗褥疮的文献,使用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对文献质量进行评估,并从临床疗效及科研设计等方面对其进行整理和分析。结果表明,目前国内外有关艾灸治疗褥疮的临床疗效较好,但研究存在随机分组方法不明确,诊断和纳入标准等未设置,疗效评价指标不统一等问题。建议今后在临床开展高质量的随机对照试验,通过严谨科学的试验结果进一步验证其疗效并进行推广。Literatures about pressure ulcer treated by moxibustion are retrieved by searching domestic and foreign medical journals in CNKI database from 2005 to 2015. Use the Cochrane bias risk assessment tool to evaluate the quality of the literatures and summarization is given from aspects of therapeutic methods and research design. The results indicate that its clinical efficacy is certain while some problems such as undefined randomized allocation,lack of diagnostic criteria and inclusive criteria and diversified efficacy evaluations exist in the literatures from domestic and foreign databases. It is suggested that high quality of randomized controlled trials should be implemented to further verify the efficacy through strict and scientific results.
