五味子科“钻”类瑶药研究进展

摘　　要：瑶族医药是我国传统医药中不可或缺的一部分,瑶药种类繁多,其中最常用的是"五虎""九牛""十八钻""七十二风"等共104种,被瑶族医学尊称为"老班瑶"。瑶医认为"钻类"药物性能强劲、通达经络、透利关节,多为行气止痛、散瘀消肿药,对瘀阻、湿滞的患者有很好的治疗作用。选择"大钻""小钻""大红钻""小红钻""白钻""黄钻""铁钻"等7种五味子科的"钻类"药物,对其化学成分及药理作用的研究进展进行简要综述。As an essential part of traditional Chinese medicine,Yao nationality medicine contents various medications,among which there are 104 common medications such as ＂ Wu hu＂ ＂Jiu niu＂ ＂ Shi ba zuan＂ ＂ Qi shi er feng＂,they are respected by Yao nationality as ＂ Lao ban Yao＂.In Yao medicine,the Diamond medications have significant effects of dredging meridians and collaterals,stimulating joints,promoting Qi circulation to relieve pain and eliminating stasis to subdue swelling,they are very effective for the patients with stasis blocking and dampness accumulation.In this thesis,the chemical ingredients and pharmacological effects of seven Diamond medications, ＂ Da zuan＂ ＂ Xiao zuan＂ ＂ DaHong zuan＂ ＂ Xiao Hong zuan＂ ＂ Bai zuan＂ ＂ Huang zuan＂ ＂ Tie zuan＂,their related researches will be reviewed.
