丹参饮片的外观质量与分级研究

摘　　要：目的:通过探讨丹参饮片质地、直径、颜色与内在质量的关系,提供丹参饮片分级的外观标准。方法:用埋沙法测定丹参饮片的密度作为丹参饮片质地的考察,游标卡尺测定丹参饮片的直径,直观法观察丹参饮片颜色,并与丹酚酸B的含量进行对比。结果:丹参饮片中丹酚酸B的含量与直径、质地成正相关,与颜色也有关联。结论:丹参饮片的直径、质地、颜色可作为丹参饮片分级的评价指标。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the salvia miltiorrhiza Slice appearance and quality.Methods：It was used sand buring method to measure the density;Salvia miltiorrhiza Slice was measured by vernier caliper diameter size;Salvia miltiorrhiza Slice color visualed observation;using HPLC method to detect the contents of Dan phenolic acid B.Results：Salvia miltiorrhiza Slice quality were positively related with diameter,linked to the origin,density,color also.Conclusion：Evaluating salvia miltiorrhiza Slice from multiaspect
