摘  要:随着智能电网的发展,对调度系统以及发电厂和变电站的时间精度的要求越来越高,不同厂家的北斗/GPS时钟质量参差不起,对电力系统内的相位比较、故障记录、事件顺序排查等工作造成了严重威胁。文章研究了采用不同技术路线的时间监测技术,有效的时间监测可以确保电力设备之间的同步精度,确保线路故障测距和电网参数校验的准确性,改善电网的故障分析能力和稳定控制水平,为电网的安全稳定运行保驾护航。With the development of smart grid, the time precise requirement for power dispatching center, power plant and substation becomes higher and higher. The GPS/Beidou system clock quality varies from different manufacturers, which seriously threatens the power system operation such as phase comparison, fault record and event sequence checking. Based on the analysis of different time monitoring technical solutions, this paper has made a conclusion that the successful and effective time monitoring will assure the time synchronization among power equipments, and assure the accuracy of faulty point distance measurement of power transmission line and verification accuracy of power system parameters, improve the ability of power system faulty analysis and stable controlling level, and guarantee the safety operation of power grid.
