摘　　要：文章介绍了国网吉林电力集体企业业务应用平台的建设情况,通过将现代企业管理模式与公司业务实践相融合的方式,进行集体企业人力资源、财务管理、综合管理等业务集约化管理,提升集体企业的管理水平。该平台实现了人资管理、财务管理、综合管理以及门户协同等4个模块共19项子功能应用,可提高集体企业财务、人资、综合等业务的标准化、规范化管理水平,具备很好的的应用和推广价值。This paper introduces the construction of Jilin electric power collective enterprise business application platform.With the purpose of promotion and strengthening the collective enterprise management level,the platform conducts intensive human resources, financial management, comprehensive management through the combination of modern enterprise management mode and the company business practice. On account of the implementation of the four modules of human resource management,financial management, integrated management and portal synergy and 19 sub functions,the collective enterprise financial, human capital, integrated and other business standardization, standardized management level can be strengthened. The platform has a certain application and promotion value.
