高原驻训伤病员心理应激及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨高原驻训伤病员心理应激的特征及影响心理应激的因素。方法采用军人心理应激自评问卷、焦虑自评量表、注意控制量表、心理弹性问卷对52名高原驻训伤病员心理状况进行调查。结果心理应激条目3、5、9、10高原驻训伤病员的得分明显高于军队医院住院患者与高原武警官兵,条目1、4明显低于高原武警官兵,条目6、7明显高于高原武警;除条目4外焦虑与心理应激其余条目呈明显正相关,注意控制、心理弹性的其中1个因子乐观性与心理应激其余各条目呈明显负相关,心理弹性的2个因子坚韧性、力量与心理应激部分条目呈明显负相关;除条目4外焦虑对心理应激其余项目有明显正向预测作用,注意控制对心理应激条目2、5、7、9有明显负向预测作用,心理弹性的1个因子力量对心理应激条目8有明显负向预测作用。结论高原驻训伤病员心理应激部分症状突出,焦虑、注意控制、心理弹性是心理应激的重要影响因素。Objective To explore psychology stress status of the plateau encamping wounded patients and the influential factors. Methods Fifty-two plateau encamping wounded patients’ mental status were tested by psychological stress self-evaluation test,self-rating anxiety scales and the attentional control scales,Connor Davidson resilience scale. Results The scores of plateau encamping wounded patients on psychological stress entry 3,5,9,10 were higher than army wounded inpatients in military hospital and plateau armed police soldiers,and lower on entry 1,4,higher on entry 6,7 than plateau armed police soldiers.Excepting entry 4,anxiety were positively correlated with the other entries of psychological stress,attention control,optimism factors were negatively correlated with the other entries of psychological stress,tenacity,strength were negatively correlated with some entries of psychological stress. Excepting entry 4,anxiety could positively predict psychological stress,attentional control could negatively predict entry 2,5,7,9,strength could negatively predict entry 8. Conclusion Some symptom on psychological stress of plateau encamping wounded patients were outstanding,anxiety、attentional control and resilience can effect psychological stress.
