军事体育院校学员人格特征、应对方式和情绪特点及其相关性

摘　　要：目的研究军事体育院校学员人格特征、应对方式和情绪特点及其相关性。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck personality questionnaire,EPQ)、简易应对方式问卷(simplified coping style questionnaire)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对368名军事院校学员进行现场调研和统计学分析。结果军事体育院校学员的内外倾、神经质、焦虑、抑郁明显高于全国常模,社会掩饰性和消极应对分值明显低于全国常模,精神质、积极应对分值和全国常模无统计学差异。入伍前大学专科文化程度的学员,神经质、积极应对、消极应对分值明显高于高中文化程度学员;入伍前初中文化程度学员的焦虑分值明显高于高中文化程度学员。军事体育院校学员的内外倾和积极应对分值呈正相关,和消极应对分值、焦虑、抑郁呈负相关;神经质、精神质和积极应对分值呈负相关,和焦虑、抑郁呈正相关,神经质和消极应对分值呈正相关;社会掩饰性和消极应对分值、焦虑、抑郁呈负相关;积极应对分值和焦虑、抑郁呈负相关;消极应对分值和焦虑、抑郁呈正相关,均具有统计学差异。军事体育院校学员的个性特征、焦虑、抑郁情绪、应对方式与其年龄、军龄无明显相关性。结论军事体育院校学员在个性特征、情绪状态方面普遍不及全国水平,且入伍前不同文化程度的学员在神经质、焦虑和应对方式方面存在差异,应加强军事院校学员的心理健康教育,促进其个性和应对方式的成熟以及情绪控制。Objective To evaluate the correlation of personality,coping style and emotion of the military sports college students. Methods A total of 368 military sports college students were tested by Eysenck personality questionnaire（ EPQ）,simplified coping style questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） on-the-spot investigation and statistical analysis. Results The extraversion scale（ EPQ-E）,neuroticism,anxiety and depression of the military sports college students was significantly higher than that of the national norm. Social dissimulation and negative coping score was significantly lower than that of the national norm. The neuroticism scale（ EPQ-N）,positive coping,negative coping scores of the students in college education before joining the army were significantly higher than that of senior high school students. Anxiety scores of the middle school education students before joining the army were significantly higher than those of senior high school students. The EPQ-E of the military sports college students was positively correlated with positive coping scores and negatively correlated with negative coping scores,anxiety and depression. Neuroticism and psychoticism were negatively correlated with positive coping scores and positively correlated with anxiety and depression. Neuroticism was positively correlated with negative coping scores,social dissimulation was negatively correlated with negative coping scores,anxiety and depression. Positive coping scores were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression. Negative coping scores were positively correlated with anxiety,depression,all with statistical difference. The personality,anxiety,depression,coping style and age of the military sports college students were not significantly correlated between length of military service.
