焦虑对基层官兵自我和谐的影响及自我效能调节方式的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨基层官兵自我和谐、自我效能和状态焦虑之间的关系。方法采用自行设计一般项目调查表、状态-特质焦虑量问卷(state-trait anxiety questionnaire,STAI)、自我和谐量表(self consistency and congruence scale,SCCS)和一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)对162名基层官兵进行调查。结果自我效能与状态焦虑、特质焦虑、自我经验不和谐均呈负相关(r=-0.365,-0.392,-0.223,P均<0.01);与自我灵活性呈正相关(r=0.159,P<0.01);自我经验不和谐、自我刻板性和状态焦虑均呈正相关(r=0.478,0.163,P<0.01或0.05),它们和特质焦虑正相关(r=0.475,0.223,P均<0.01);两种焦虑和自我灵活性均呈负相关(r=-0.216,-0.218,P均<0.01)。自我效能在自我经验不和谐、自我灵活性、自我刻板性方面与状态焦虑之间均具有部分中介效应。结论基层官兵的焦虑对自我和谐的影响部分是通过自我效能的中介作用来实现的。Objective To explore the relationship among self-harmony,self-efficacy,state anxiety of grassroots servicemen. Methods A total of 162 grassroots servicemen were evaluated by self-designed general project questionnaires,the statetrait anxiety inventory（ STAI）,coping style questionnaire and self-harmony scale（ SCCS） and general self-efficacy scale（ GSES）. Results Self-efficacy had significant negative correlation with state anxiety,trait anxiety and disharmony on self-experience（ r =- 0. 365,- 0. 392,- 0. 223,P 〈 0. 01）,and had significant positive correlation with self-flexibility（ r = 0. 159,P 〈0. 01）. Disharmony on self-experience and self-consistency had significant positive correlation with state anxiety（ r = 0. 478,0. 163,P 〈 0. 01 or 0. 05） and significant positive correlation with trait anxiety（ r = 0. 475,0. 223,P 〈 0. 01）. Both state anxiety and trait anxiety had significant negative correlation with self-flexibility（ r =- 0. 216,- 0. 218,P 〈 0. 01）. Self-efficacy had some mediating effect on disharmony of self-experience,self-flexibility,self-consistency and state anxiety. Conclusion The influence of anxiety of grassroots servicemen to their self harmony is implemented through mediating effect of self-efficacy.
