摘　　要：目的对基层部队航空卫勤保障问题进行调研,为改革创新现有军事航空医学教研体系提供依据。方法以个人下部队定点代职、分组下基层轮训调研相结合的方式同步进行。代职调研单位包括承担不同机型飞行训练任务的航空兵部队,合计12个单位。重点围绕当前基层航卫保障突出问题,同卫生勤务人员、空勤、地勤等交流座谈。结果增进了对航卫保障工作的全面认识和理解;对空勤、地勤常见病疾病谱进行了更新和补充;查找出基层航卫医务岗位人才流失严重、医疗资源使用效率低、综合航卫保障能力不足等制约发展的现实问题。结论加快军事航空医学教医研改革,以部队需求为牵引,以建设综合化、信息化程度高和机动处置能力强的航空卫勤保障新模式为目标,践行落实干部代职、调研、轮训体制,调整军队院校航空医学专业教医研方向,创新人才培养方式,优化学科发展布局。Objective To renovate military aeromedicine teaching and research system according to the investigation of the problems in aeromedical service by the staff of military medical university. Methods The unified manners of personnel agency duty in grassroots troops and the group training in rotation and research were presented synchronously. Totally 12 units belonging to the air force or the army aviation corps were investigated. The discussion focusing on the prominent aviation healthy security problems in grassroots medical services was performed with the medical staffs,flight crews and ground staffs. Results The comprehensive awareness and understanding of the aviation health security work was enhanced. The air crews and the ground staffs’ disease spectrum were updated and supplemented. The main reasons restricting the aeromedical service development included the talents drain,the inefficient use of medical resources and the deficiency of integrated support ability. Conclusion The reformation of military aeromedicine teaching,medical care and research should keep up with the task demands of the army,target the construction of highly synthesized and informationized aeromedicine service mode with strong mobile disposal capability,implement the system of the agency duty,investigation and research,and training in rotation,adjust the direction of aeromedical teaching and research,innovate personnel training mode and optimize the layout of discipline development.
