摘　　要：目的通过对重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)患者家属进行满意度调查,分析影响ICU患者家属满意度的主要因素,为制定相应的护理对策、提高医疗护理服务质量提供理论依据。方法对2014-08/2015-11月的76位患者家属发放满意度问卷(family satisfaction with care in the intensive care unit,FS-ICU),并进行访谈,总结满意度情况,分析影响满意度的主要因素。结果影响ICU患者家属满意度的主要因素为:恐惧心理的处理、与医生沟通的次数、医生的技术和能力、需求的程度、掌控家人的治疗和护理、有足够的时间表达所关注的事项及答案(P<0.05)。结论医护人员充分关注患者心理需求,给予患者家属充足的空间和时间表达其意愿,与患者家属保持有效沟通,使之尽可能知情患者的全程治疗与护理参与,有助于提高患者家属满意度,构建更为和谐的治疗与康复团队,促进患者病情早日好转和康复。Objective To evaluate the influential factors of the family satisfaction of the patients in the intensive care unit（ ICU） and summarize the evidences to improve nursing policy and medical care quality. Methods The family satisfaction degree of the ICU patients was investigated by family satisfaction with care in the intensive care unit（ FS-ICU） in 76 family members during August 2014 to March 2015. The influential factors on the satisfactory degree were analyzed. Results The main influencial factors of family satisfaction degree included care of fear,frequency and ability of communication with doctors,famil requirements,family care,enough time for the events（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Medical personnel’s attention to family requirements,communication with the family,involvement in medical care and enough time for their expression play the important role in improving family satisfaction degree and contribute to rehabilitation.
