火灾情景模拟演练在急诊科应急预案培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨情景模拟演练方式对急诊科护理人员火灾应急处置培训效果及火灾现场救治时效性的影响。方法将112名急诊科护理人员随机分为情景模拟组(n=56)和传统培训组(n=56)。传统组进行常规火灾相关理论、操作培训。情景模拟组在传统组的基础上采取集中、分组情景模拟演练,针对不同失火地点和火势进行紧急疏散演练。对2组安全疏散总时间、患者转运时间、火灾上报时间、寻找并关闭电源/气源总阀的时间以及护士培训后自我评价进行统计分析。结果传统培训组安全疏散总时间为(632.64±13.70)s,情景模拟组演练分工明确,协作到位,抢救过程有条不紊,安全疏散总时间为(555.21±16.72)s,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=47.410,P<0.01)。结论火灾情景模拟演练提高了急诊科护理人员火灾应急处置培训效果,提高了火灾现场救治时效性,保障患者的生命、财产安全。Objective To investigate the effect of scene simulation exercises on the training effect of emergency department nurses in emergency treatment and the effect of fire scene treatment. Methods A total of 112 nursing staff of emergency department were randomly divided into fire scene simulation training group and traditional training group with 56 cases in each group. All nursing staff learnt theory about fire and extinguisher operation. The fire scene simulation training group continued centralized and group training exercises. The evacuation manoeuvre was performed according to the location and intensity of the fire. The evacuation time,patient transport time,fire reporting time,the time of seeking and closing power / total gas valve and self evaluation of the nurses after training were compared between two groups. Results The total time for safe evacuation in traditional and simulation training groups was（ 632. 64 ± 13. 70） s and（ 555. 21 ± 16. 72） s respectively,which was significantly different（ t = 47. 410,P 〈 0. 01）. The labor division was clear,the coordination was fluent,and the rescue process was orderly in simulation training group. Conclusion The fire scene simulation exercises not only improves the training effects of nurses in emergency department in fire emergency response,but also improves the timeliness of the fire site treatment to protect the life and property safety of the patients.
