香加皮有效成分提取工艺和检测方法的研究进展

摘　　要：香加皮是用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的传统中药材。随着现代研究的不断深入,其相关药理作用的起效成分逐步明确,相应的制备工艺和检测手段也逐渐完善。本文简述了香加皮中五大类有效成分的提取工艺和检测方法:C21甾体苷类一般采取乙醇溶液提取,使用大孔树脂柱纯化或者制备液相进行分离制备,多以HPLC-UV法(高效液相色谱法)进行分离检测;强心苷类用甲醇或乙醇超声提取,采用紫外分光光度法和HPLC法检测;醛类采用硅胶、十八烷基硫酸钠键合相(ODS)柱色谱等方法处理,HPLC法和气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)分析;脂肪酸类和其他类的提取和检测方法也有涉及,为香加皮中相关成分的新药研发提供参考。Cortex Periplocae is one kind of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.With the continuous research, the related pharmacological ingredients have been discovered gradually while the corresponding extraction process and analytical method have been widely studied. The extraction process and analytical method of 5 kinds of ingredients in cortex periplocae were summrized in this paper. C21 steroidal glycosides were generally extracted by ethanol, purified by macroporous resin or separated by preparative HPLC method, detected by ultraviolet-visible detect. Cardiac glycosides were ultrasonic extracted with methanol or ethanol. Cardiac glycosides were quantitatively analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrometry or HPLC method. Aldehydes were purified by silica gel and ODS column chromatography, and analyzed by HPLC or GC-MS. This paper also summrized fatty acids and other ingredients. The advances in research on the extraction process and analytical method have been reviewed in this paper,in order to provide references for development of the related new drugs.
