“从脾论治”肝纤维化对模型大鼠TIMP-2及MMP-2相关因子水平影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察软肝颗粒对肝纤维化大鼠的治疗作用,并探寻其作用机制。方法:60只实验大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、软肝颗粒组与活血化瘀四组。分别通过四氯化碳诱导成为肝纤维化模型大鼠,软肝颗粒组及活血化瘀组分别予软肝颗粒和大黄蛰虫丸灌胃,实验结束后检测各组对TIMP-2(tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases,TIMP)增殖的抑制作用及对MMP-2(matrix metalloproteinases,MMP)增殖的促进作用。结果:活血化瘀组与软肝颗粒组均可不同程度的增加MMP-2的表达及抑制TIMP-2的表达水平;以软肝颗粒组效果较好(P<0.05)。结论:软肝颗粒对肝纤维化的抑制及逆转作用较活血化瘀法更具优势。Objective ： To observe the Ruangan granules in the treatment of liver fibrosis in rats, and to explore its mechanism. Methods： 60 experimental rats were randomly divided into a blank control group, a model control group, a Ruangan granule group and a Huoxie Huayu group. Rats were induced by carbon tetrachloride into liver fibrosis models. Ruangan granule group and Huoxie Huayu group were respectively given Ruangan granules and Dahuang Zhechong pills to fill the stomach. After the experiment test TIMP - 2 （ tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases, TIMP） proliferation and the proliferation of MMP -2 （matrix metalloproteinases, MMPS）. Results：The two groups had different degrees for increasing the expression of MMP - 2 and inhibiting the expression of TIMP - 2 levels ; the effect of Ruangan granule group was better（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Conclusion ： The inhibitive and reverse effect of Ruangan granules on liver fibrosis compared with Huoxie Huayu method has more advantages.
