摘　　要：回顾了突风准则的发展历史,结合美国联邦航空条例FAR 25《运输类飞机适航标准》25-141号修正案及相关咨询通告,重点研究了最新FAR 25.341条款中对突风与紊流载荷条款的修订原因及技术要求,并给出25.341条款的符合性验证方法。This paper reviews the development history of gust criteria and studies the revision causes and technical requirements of the newest FAR 25. 341,in combination with the amendment 25-141 of FAR Part 25 ＂Airworthiness Standards： Transport Category Airplanes＂and related Advisory Circulars for gust and turbulence loads. The acceptable means for compliance with the requirements was given out.
