摘  要:基于摆线式永磁齿轮(Cycloid Permanent Magnetic Gear,CPMG)运行机理给出模型参数的计算方法,可对CPMG各关键结构参数进行初步设计;利用Ansoft有限元软件建立了仿真模型,通过控制变量法对CPMG内外轭铁厚度、永磁体厚度及气隙等参数与传递转矩的关系进行仿真分析,并对上述参数逐一优化。结果表明:所建的CPMG结构参数计算模型与仿真结果相当;CPMG中的各结构参数对转矩影响较大,经优化后可提高其输出转矩。The calculation method of model parameters was presented based on the running mechanism of cycloid permanent magnetic gear(CPMG). This method could be used to design the key structure parameters of CPMG preliminarily. A simulation model was established using Ansoft. the relationship between these parameters of CPMG including the thickness of inner and outer yoke iron,the thickness of permanent magnet,air gap and the torque characteristics were analyzed in detail using the control variable method. And the parameters above were optimized one by one. The results revealed that the structure parameter calculation model of the established CPMG was equal to the simulation. The structure parameters of CPMG had a great influence on the torque,and the output torque has been greatly improved after the optimization.
