摘 要:以文献[1]研究为重要理论基础,提出摆动平底推杆盘形凸轮机构尺寸设计问题的具体准确描述,给出凸轮基圆半径r_0(r_(0min))、平底工作段Λ及其长度L的求解方法,构造绘制ψ_(0ming)-Φ0和ψ_(0minr)-Φ_0′曲线并对规律性进行深入讨论。据此两条曲线,指出其在机构选型优化方面的指导意义和参考价值。最后,给出一个机构设计算例,证明了机构设计方法的可行性。On the basis of the research of literature [1] as the important theory,the specific and accurate description of the problem for designing size disk cam mechanism with an oscillating flat-faced follower was put forward. The solution method of the base circle radius r_0(r0min),working flat section Λ and length L were proposed. The curves ψ0ming-Φ0and ψ0minr-Φ0′ were created and drew,and their regularity were deeply discussed. According to these two curves,the guide significance and reference value in lectotype and optimization of the mechanism were presented. Finally,a designing example was given.
