摘　　要：目的:研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染在重庆地区的年龄分布及地理分布等特征,获得重庆地区HPV感染的型别分布特点及优势型别。方法:2010年11月至2015年9月在重庆市40个区县随机抽取有性生活的妇女29580例,进行HPV检测,对感染型别、年龄分布、单一感染及多重感染的情况进行统计。结果:129580例女性中HPV感染率为7.35%,高危型感染位居前6位的依次为HPV16、51、58、68、56、18型。2各年龄段HPV感染率及多重感染构成比呈现"U"形走势。3性伴侣个数及初次性生活年龄与HPV感染率有关(P<0.01)。4城区妇女HPV感染率高于郊区(P<0.01)。结论:应根据当地HPV感染分布特点,因地制宜制定防控宫颈癌的措施。Objective： To study the geographical distribution and age distribution of HPV infection,and to obtain the type distribution characteristics and dominant types of HPV infection in Chongqing area. Methods： Totally 29580 women in 40 districts of Chongqing area were randomly selected to receive HPV detection between November 2010 and September 2015,and infection type,age distribution,single infection and multiple infection were counted.Results： 1 Among 29580 women,the HPV infection rate was 7. 35%,the top six high-risk HPV types were HPV16,51,58,68,56,18. 2The distribution of HPV infection rate and multiple infection ratio in each age group presented ＂ U＂ shaped trend.3 The number of sexual partners and the age of first sexual life were associated with the rate of HPV infection（ P〈0. 01）.4The rate of HPV infection of women in city was higher than that in suburb（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusions： Health policy-makers should formulate measures for the prevention and control of cervical cancer on basis of the local HPV infection distribution.
