摘 要:内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,e NOS)是合成一氧化氮(nitiric oxide,NO)起主要作用的酶,e NOS和NO在调节血管壁结构和功能中有重要作用,参与心血管疾病的病理生理过程。e NOS活性的改变除了常见的磷酸化途径外,还涉及乙酰化、谷胱甘肽化、蛋白质间的相互作用等机制,笔者将简要阐述e NOS的基本结构和功能、e NOS活性的调节途径及其在心血管疾病中的研究进展。Endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) is a major enzyme responsible for nitric oxide (NO) production. Both eNOS and NO play an important role in regulating vessel structure and function through participating in the physiological and pathological process. Generally, the phosphorylation of eNOS has been recognized as a common mechanism for regulation of eNOS function. However, recent studies have demonstrated several other new mechanisms, such as acetylation, S-glutathionylation, and protein-protein interaction. This review highlights the basic structure and functions of eNOS as well as the relationship between regulation of eNOS activity and cardiovascular diseases.
