摘  要:目的 :观察海马保护技术对行脑部放疗患者认知功能的保护情况。方法:纳入80例脑部肿瘤患者,在接受脑部放疗同时应用海马保护技术。在放疗前24 h、放疗后3、6、12个月采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(Mine-Mental State Examination,MMSE)进行神经认知功能评分,评价并比较放疗前后患者的整体定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算量、回忆能力、语言能力。结果:放疗后3个月患者的定向力高于放疗前(P<0.05)。患者于放疗后3、6、12个月所测得认知功能其他各项指标的评分及总分与放疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在脑部放疗时采用海马保护技术可预防和减轻患者因放疗所致的认知功能障碍。Objective: To observe the cognitive function of patients before and after radiation of brain with hippocampus avoidance technology. Methods: A total of 80 patients with brain tumors were enrolled. All patients treated with radiotherapy to brain with hippocampus avoidance. Cognitive function of all patients were assessed 24 hours before radiotherapy, 3 months after radiotherapy, 6 months after radiotherapy and 12 months after radiotherapy using Mine-Mental State Examination(MMSE) form to evaluate the overall orientation force, memory, attention and calculation, memory, language ability. Compare all the results which after radiotherapy to that before. Results: The score of orientation force in 3 months after radiotherapy was higher than before. The rest scores in 3 months after radiotherapy and each score in 6 months, 12 months after radiotherapy were no significant difference. Conclusion: The cognitive dysfunction of patient due to radiation therapy can be prevented and reduced when the protect hippocampus avoidance was applied to radiotherapy to brain.
