“卓越工程师”背景下拓宽大学生思想政治教育的新途径

摘　　要：国务院2015年10月"统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案"中强调了对高校培养德才兼备人才的新要求:"坚持立德树人,突出人才培养的核心地位"。在实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"下,在校企合作人才培养模式中,要将多元化的教育形式融入思想政治教育全过程,突出思想政治教育工作的引领和保障作用,不断提升人文素养,锤炼人格品质,注重大学生个性化培养,引导大学生树立正确的学习观,从而成为合乎高校、企业和祖国需要的卓越工程师。In the ＂Overall Plan of Promoting Coordinative Development of World Class Universities and Top Disciplines＂, the State Council highlighted the new requirements of cultivating talents with excellent morals and academic skills, October 2015. During the enforcement of Excellent Engineer Training Plan, it is important to lay stress on the role of guidance and guarantee that ideological and political educational work plays in the talent cultivation mode of the college-enterprise cooperation. In addition, pluralistic educational forms should be integrated into the whole process of ideological and political education. In this way, it can consequently help college students enhance humanities, perfect good character, have individualized cultivation and establish right study view. Thereby the students can become excellent engineers who satisfy the need of universities, enterprises and our country.
