摘 要:以绿色住宅建筑内涵为切入点,深入剖析影响绿色住宅建筑的关键因素,旨在建立一套系统、简明的绿色住宅建筑评价指标体系。运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,模糊评价法进行综合评价,构建出适用于该指标体系的FAHP评价模型,并结合具体项目展开应用与分析。该指标体系能够反映绿色住宅建筑的独有特性,具有较好的可操作性与实用性,为绿色住宅建筑综合评价及可行性研究提供借鉴。Based on the starting point of the green residential buildings connotation,this paper establishes a set of comprehensive and concise evaluation index system of the green residential buildings through in-depth analysis of the key factors of green residential buildings. The weight of each index is determined by using the AHP and the result is evaluated by the fuzzy evaluation method. In this way,the FAHP evaluation model which is applicable to the index system is constructed. At the same time,application and analysis are carried on combined with the specific project. The analysis results showthat the index system can reflect the unique characteristics of green residential construction and the operation method has better practicability,in order to provide the reference for the research and feasibility of green residential construction comprehensive evaluation.
