摘　　要：通过基层党组织创建服务型党组织的实践活动,结合新时期党建工作的新要求,从服务层面的考量、服务内容的确定、服务主体的选择3个方面,探讨了服务型党组织创建工作应把握的基本要求,并提出了"实事求是"和"继承与创新相结合"的工作原则,把服务型党组织建设成为开展群众路线教育实践活动的重要载体。Through the practical activities of basic-level party organization creating service-oriented party organizations,combined with the newrequirements of party construction work in newera,this paper is based upon three aspects of considering service level,confirming service content and choosing service principal,addresses the basic requirements for constructing service-oriented party organizations,and proposes working principles of seeking truth from facts and combining inheritance and innovation,in order to build service-oriented party organizations into an important vehicle to carry out the practical activities of the mass line education.
