摘  要:目的建立茶枯中糖类成分的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,样品提取后用苯酚-硫酸法显色,于486 nm波长处测定吸光度,通过随行标准曲线法计算含量。结果本法线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),回收率在96.1%~102.5%之间,RSD为2.3%。结论该法简便快速,可用于茶枯中糖类成分的测定,为茶枯质量标准的建立提供思路。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharide in Chaku. METHODS Ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content of polysaccharide in Chaku. The extracted samples were determined by Phenol-H2SO4 colorimetry method and measured the absorbance at 486 nm. The content of Chaku polysaccharide was counted with the accompanying standard curve. RESULTS The calibration curves showed good linear regression( r = 0. 999 7). The recoveries were between 96.1% and 102.5%,with RSD 2.3%. CONCLUSION The method was simple and fast,suitable for the content determination of polysaccharide in Chaku. It provides helpful information for quality control of Chaku.
