摘　　要：越来越多的媒体技术应用于数字图书馆服务中,其中IPTV技术的出现与发展,为数字图书馆阅读推广服务奠定了基础.在阐述了IPTV的概念、特点及关键技术的基础上,详细分析了该项技术结合数字图书馆信息资源向用户进行阅读推广服务的可行性及作用,并对数字图书馆在IPTV阅读推广服务过程中存在的几点问题进行剖析.More and more media technologies have been applied in the digital library,among which the IPTV Technology provides a foundation for the promotion of reading service in a digital library. The concept,characteristics and key techniques of IPTV are analyzed with the feasibility and effects of the technology based on the use of the digital library information resources in the promotion of reading service. Meanwhile,the problems of promotion are analyzed as well.
