外伤性颅内血肿清除术后整体护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在行清除术外伤性颅内血肿患者中实施整体护理的临床价值。方法选择30例接受清除术治疗的外伤性颅内血肿者为研究对象,随机分成2组。观察组行整体护理,对照组行常规优质护理。对比2组患者出院前治疗效果与护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论对外伤性颅脑损伤患者实施整体护理干预,可全面提升治疗效果和护理满意度。Objective To explore the value of holistic nursing in treatment of patients with e- vacuation of traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods A total of 30 patients with evacuation of trau- matic intracranial hematoma were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was given ho- listic nursing, while control group was given routine high-quality nursing. Clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree before discharge were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate was 86.67% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 66.67% in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction degree was 93.33% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 73.33 % in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of holistic nursing for patients with evacuation of traumatic craniocerebral injury can improve the therapeutic effect and nurs- ing satisfaction degree.
