摘　　要：随着我国"走出去"战略特别是"一带一路"战略的实施,海外投资面临的风险将会越来越大。为此,必须加强海外投资风险监测预警,逐步建立海外投资风险防范体系,提高海外投资抵御风险的能力。Following the implemention of China＇ s ＂going out＂ strategy, especially ＂the One Belt and One Road Initiative＂, the risk faced by overseas investment increases. Therefore, the risk monitoring and early warning system should be strengthened and anti-risk system shall be gradually established as well to improve the risk resistante ability.
