摘  要:以可生物降解性天然高分子壳聚糖(CS)为载体原料,牛血清蛋白(BSA)为印迹模板分子,三聚磷酸钠(TPP)为交联剂,通过共混包埋-滴加成球法制备对牛血清蛋白具有特异识别和选择性吸附性能的壳聚糖分子印迹微球。研究结果表明:在模板用量为壳聚糖用量的1%-8%,可制得对BSA的吸附容量(印迹容量)为59.6-94.5mg/g的CS-BSA分子印迹微球,且其最大静态吸附量是相同条件下制备的壳聚糖微球吸附量的3.06倍。CS-BSA分子印迹微球对单样BSA的吸附量为84.9mg/m L,而对单样BHB的吸附量为8.1mg/m L,选择因子达10.5。相同实验条件下,CS-BSA分子印迹微球对BSA和BHB混合溶液的吸附量分别为89.1mg/m L和3.9mg/m L,选择因子达22.8。研究结果显示制备的CS-BSA分子印迹微球对模板分子BSA有很好的吸附容量和识别选择性。Degradablenatural biological chitosan( CS) as carrier raw material,the bovine serum albumin( BSA) as the signature template molecule,the sodium tripolyphosphate( TPP) is the crosslinking agent,added by drops through the blendingto preparethe chitosan molecular imprintes microballoon for which bovine serum albumin has the special recognition and the selective adsorption performance. The experimental result indicates as follows.When chitosan is used by1%- 8%,CS- BSA molecular imprinted microballoon in which the absorption capacity of BSA is 59. 6- 94. 5mg / g is prerpared. And its maximum static absorption capacity is 3. 06 times as big as that of chitosan under the same condition. The absorption capacity of CS- BSA for BSA is 84. 9mg / m L,while that for BHB is 8. 1mg / m L and selective factor is 10. 5. Under the same experimental condition,the absorption capacity of CS- BSA molecular imprinted microballoon for BSA and BHB is 89. 1mg / m L and 3. 9mg / m L respectively,and the selective factor reaches 22. 8. The research shows that the prepared CS- BSA molecular imprinted microballoon has a good absorption capacity and selective recogniton.
