优酷网烧伤急救视频的宣教质量分析

摘  要:目的调查优酷网上烧伤急救视频对群众在烧伤急救方面的宣教质量。方法利用优酷的搜索引擎搜库分别用"烧伤急救"、"烧伤早期处理"、"烧伤治疗"、"烧伤知识普及"为关键词在全网搜索视频。之后由两个评委分别对筛选出的视频进行打分。结果共搜索到827个相关视频,经过筛选,共有77个视频入选,所有视频的平均得分为90分,最高180分,最低10分,没有视频获得满分200分。Spearman相关性检验发现视频得分与播放次数有较弱的相关性(相关系数=0.24,P=0.41),但视频时长与播放次数有较强的相关性(相关系数=-0.67,P=0.11)。视频时长与视频得分无相关性(相关系数=0.02,P=0.89)。结论优酷网上的烧伤急救视频对大众的宣教质量整体不高,最好由有医学背景的专业人员制作知识点全面、短小精悍的宣教视频,以提高大众对烧伤急救的认识和早期处理的能力。Objective To evaluate the clinical information of online video on burn first aid released on YouKu. Methods 4 keywords were used to search online video about burn first aid. The videos identified for each keyword were in- cluded in the study if their primary aim was focus on thermal bum first aid. The contents of each video was evaluated by two independent reviewers using a standardized scoring system. Results A total of 77 videos were analyzed. The average video score was 90, maximum was 180, minimum was 10, none of them was gotten full score 200. A low correlation was found between the score and the number of times that the videos were clicked ( Spearman' s rank correlation co-efficient = 0. 24, P = 0.41 ). However, a high correlation was found between the time length of video and the number of times that the videos were clicked ( Spearman' s rank correlation co-efficient = 0. 67, P = 0. 11 ). No correlation was found between the time length of video and the score ( Spearman' s rank correlation co-efficient = 0. 02, P = 0. 89 ). Conclusion The current con- tents of online videos covering burn first aid available on YouKu is unsatisfactory. Organizations involved in managing bums and providing first aid care should be encouraged to produce clear, structured videos that can be made available online.
