摘  要:为了研究营养对大足黑山羊繁殖性能的影响,试验选择10只大足黑山羊进行不同营养水平饲喂试验,在发情间期每天采集2次血样,发情期每3 h采集1次血样,分离血浆后采用酶联免疫(ELISA)双抗体夹心法测定血浆中的促黄体素(LH)和促卵泡素(FSH)浓度。结果表明:在发情周期内,FSH和LH呈波动式分泌,发情前出现LH峰,发情期FSH出现最高峰值,高营养水平组大足黑山羊血浆中FSH和LH水平显著高于低营养组(P<0.05)。说明增加饲料营养水平能够提高大足黑山羊繁殖性能。To study the effect of nutrition on reproductive performance of Dazu black goats, 10 Dazu Black female goats were selected for feeding trials with different nutrition levels. The blood 'samples were collected twice a day and once every 3h during dioestrus and oestrus, respectively. Plasma was obtained after centrifugation, and then FSH and LH concentrations in plasma were determined using double - antibody sandwich ELISA. The results showed that FSH and LI-I exhibited a pulsatile secretion during the estrous cycle, and there was a peak of LH concentration before the oestrus, and there was a highest peak of FSH concentration during oestrus. The FSH and LH concentrations in plasma of Dazu balck goats in the high nutrition -level group were significantly higher (P 〈0.05 ) than those in the low nutrition -level group. The results indicate that the reproductive performance of Dazu black goats can be improved by increasing feed nutrition levels.
