摘  要:为了探究不同电磁辐射及不同辐射时间对雌性小鼠繁殖性能和胎儿的影响,试验以昆明小鼠为研究对象,在不同电磁辐射条件下分别辐射10 d、20 d,与雄性小鼠进行交配后18天颈椎脱臼处死,观察其产仔率、死胎率、胎儿的发育情况和雌性小鼠组织器官的变化。结果表明:电磁辐射使雌性小鼠的卵巢功能呈下降趋势,对其他组织器官无明显影响,电磁辐射使胎儿的体重、体长降低,长时间辐射组还出现存活仔鼠雄雌比值降低、死胎的现象。To explore the effects of different electromagnetic radiation and irradiation time on reproductive performance of female mice and fetal mice, Kunming mice were used as the research object. The mice were treated with radiation for 10 d and 20 d under different electromagnetic radiation, respectively. The female mice were killed by cervical dislocation at 18 d after mating with male mice, and then the litter rate, stillbirth rate, fetal development and changes in the tissues and organs of female mice were observed. The results showed that the electromagnetic radiation made the ovarian function in female mice showing a descending trend, but it had no significant effects on the other organs. The fetal body weight and the body length were reduced by electromagnetic radiation, while the phenomena of lowered ratio of survival male and female young mice and stillbirths also appeared in the long time- radiation group.
