摘  要:叙述了解偶联剂污泥减量的作用机理、减量效果和不良效应等,介绍了质子型和离子通道型2种解偶联剂不同的作用机理,阐述了常见解偶联剂在实际应用中的药剂投加量及相应的污泥减量效果,并论述了解偶联剂对胞外多聚物和细胞生长的影响;探讨了解偶联剂对生物处理系统中微生物群落结构和群落功能等方面产生的不良影响。对解偶联剂污泥减量化技术进行了展望,指出新型高效、无毒、适合商品化解偶联剂的开发是该领域未来研究的重要方向。The working mechanisms, reduction performances and adverse influences of uncoupler are reviewed in this paper, with highlights going to different working mechanisms of two kinds of uncoupler, namely protonophoroustmcoupler and ionophorousuncoupler. Empirical dosing and reduction effects of common uncouplers are then illustrated, based on which the effects of uncoupler on Extracullular Polymeric Substances (EPS) and cell growth are further elucidated. Adverse influences of uncoupler, in terms of the structure and function of microbial community in biological systems, are also discussed. Finally it is suggested in the prospects that the development Of novel uncoupler with better efficiency, security and suitability for commercialization would be an important issue in the future researches of this field.
