摘　　要：风险投资与企业技术创新的关系是理论界和实践界共同关注的主题,但鲜有研究从合作视角探讨二者关系。明晰风险投资的内涵,分析影响风险投资与企业合作模式的因素,引入战略导向中介机制,构建从合作模式到企业技术创新的过程演化模型,挖掘风险投资影响企业技术创新的路径,以期提升风险投资与企业的合作成功率,推动企业技术创新。The relationship between venture capital and technological innovation of enterprises is an common topic focused on by the fields of theory and practice,but few studies explore the relationship between them from the perspective of cooperation. This paper defines the connotation of venture capital,and analyzes the factors which impact the cooperation model between venture capital and technological innovation of enterprises. Also this study introduces a mediation mechanism of strategic orientation,and builds a process evolution model from cooperation model to technological innovation of enterprises,in order to explore the path of the impact of venture capital on technological innovation of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to enhance the successful cooperation rate of both venture capital and enterprises,and promote technological innovation.
