摘　　要：乳腺癌在我国乃至全球的发病率均逐年上升,在女性恶性肿瘤中已居首位。乳腺X线摄影是早期检出乳腺癌最常用、最有效的手段,但由于腺体组织的重叠、特别是致密型乳腺,常影响病变的检出与诊断。数字乳腺断层摄影技术则一定程度上弥补了这一缺陷,本文就其在乳腺疾病诊断方面的研究进展进行综述。The incidence of breast cancer in our country and the world is rising year by year, and become the first among female malignant tumors. Breast X-ray mammography is one of the most common and the most effective means in the early detection of breast cancer. However, because of the overlap of breast, especially dense breast, the detection and diagnosis are often affected. Digital breast tomography makes up this defect to some extent, and the research progresses of this tech- nique in diagnosis of breast disease was reviewed in this paper.
