人力资本对经济增长贡献的实证分析——基于河南省时间序列数据的分析

摘　　要：运用平均受教育年限法和永续盘存法,对河南1996-2013年接受各级教育的人力资本存量和物质资本进行估算,利用人力资本外部性模型,分析人力资本对经济增长的贡献。通过借助SPSS软件对相关数据进行回归分析,结果表明河南省物质资本投入、人力资本存量与经济发展等三者之间存在高度相关关系,人力资本对经济增长的贡献远低于物质资本。提出加大人力资本投入,延长就业人员平均受教育年限,提高人力资本质量和水平,优化人力资本结构,实现创新驱动的政策建议。This paper analyzes the human capital contribution to economic growth by means of Human Capital Externality model,using method of the average education time and the perpetual inventory system to estimate different education levels of human capital stock and physical capital of Henan province from 1996 to 2013. With the help of SPSS software to make the related data regression analysis,the results show that there exist highly significant correlations among physical capital investment,human capital stock and economic development of Henan province. The research shows that human capital contribution to economic growth is much lower than the physical capital. This paper puts forward many suggestions,such as increasing human capital investment,prolonging the average education years of employments,improving the quality and level of human capital,optimizing the structure of human capital and realizing the innovation- driven.
