试论高校创新创业引导机制的构建

摘　　要：高校创新创业引导机制是推动高校学生创业就业、为社会输送高质量的创新创业人才的重要手段,然而当前高校创新创业体系面临与社会需求衔接不畅、学生创新创业积极性不高、创新创业项目后续发展动力不足等问题。高校需要根据学生个人特点与发展规划进行创新创业体系构建,融合社会资源与不同学科发展态势,通过为学生提供创新创业项目行业趋势、相关政策信息、技术成果转化与融资扶持等,探索出合理的创新创业引导机制。The guidance mechanism for college innovation and entrepreneurship is an important approach to enhance college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship and deliverer high quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents to the society. However current college innovative and entrepreneurial system is challenged by problems such as unsmooth convergence of social requirements,insufficient motivation for innovation and entrepreneurship,and poor follow- up development of innovation and entrepreneurship project. College should construct innovation and entrepreneurship system according to student＇s individual characteristics and development plan,and integrate social resource with development trends of different disciplines. Through providing students with information about industrial trend and support policies of innovation and entrepreneurship projects as well as about technological achievement transformation and funding support,it can explore a proper guidance mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship.
