摘　　要：高等教育在人才培养过程中,常常会碰到大学生对道德观念和价值认识的矛盾冲突。这种冲突使得职业道德教育逐渐成为高校当前面临的一项重要人才培养任务。金融行业从业人员的职业道德水平,在很大程度上影响并决定整个金融行业的职业道德水准。高校的目标是培养高素质人才,金融行业的行业发展也急需高素质高标准的金融人才。这种高校和金融行业的共同需求,以及教育事业肩负的责任,要求财经金融类高校充分发挥协同育人作用,加强学生的职业道德教育,提高金融预备人才的职业道德素养,缩小毕业生与用人单位对人才需求目标的差距,让金融财经院校真正成为金融行业需要、社会需要的高素质人才的主要供给基地。In the process of personnel training of the higher education,the students often come across the contradiction between morals and values. Gradually,the professional ethics education becomes an important training task in the colleges because of this contradiction. The professional morality level of the financial industry practitioners,to a great extent,influences and determines the entire financial industry professional ethics standards. The goal of institutions of higher learning is to cultivate high- quality talents and the development of the financial industry is also in urgent need of the high quality and high standards financial talents. Due to the common requirements between financial industry and universities and the responsibility of the education sector,economics and financial institutions of higher learning should play an efficient role of cooperative education. In order to strengthen the students＇ professional ethics education,improve the professional moral accomplishment of the financial potential talents and close the gap for the goal of demanding talents between the graduates and employers and eventually,the financial institutions will become the main supply base of high- quality talent which the financial industry and social need.
